Expected to pay for money you didn't get, each day is charged but I didn't get the money on thos days

I usually have a reliable experience but recently It's been 2 days now and I still have not received the expected funds.

I really feel like this is ******** because I'm charged more for each day that goes by without the loan being paid, so I'm going to be paying for 2 days that never materialized??

I have emailed them and still nothing has been done, however, the site says I've received the money which is absolutely not true. Yesterday I was told the money is incoming, but still waiting 24 hours later.
