Double Payment Refund

I have to be honest, I always come here to complain but this time around I must say I am quite impressed with Lendplus.

I had a loan with them. I made a manual payment via their online payment method, prior to the debit order date. On the morning of this date, I discovered that the debit order was also collected. I was obviously horrified, and was in for a long wait and many calls to get one of the payments refunded

To my surprise, I called Lendplus around 8am this morning and explained the situation. I was assisted by a lady named, Esmeralda, she assured me the finds will be in my account the same day around 8pm. In the back of my mind I thought I’d probably have to call again tomorrow

This evening, just after 7pm the refund cleared into my bank account. Thank you Esmeralda for assisting with this

I agree their email communication isn’t great (almost non existing) but they do assist you telephonically
