Don't lent from them

This is the worst people to deal with. I app**** for a loan I was approved, I have a Rain Sim Card, I have emailed them I have tried to phone them. I did NOT GET MY MONEY, but hey they debited my bank. Now when you phone them you can't get through. I have emailed again this morning NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AT ALL. I did not get the money I DID NOT GET THE MONEY. I want my refund. They are useless - ***
