Do not reply to emails

Sent an email to make payment arrangements and they do not reply. I tried to do it again via the telegram chatbot but couldn't make payment arrangements. I cannot afford to pay the full amount back and wanted to make payment arrangements. Every time you send a email they never respond but are quick to send you threatening emails and sms messages. I will only pay this amount if you agree to arrangements
