Disputed R127.12 charge not in contract loan
My signed loan agreement says R4978.60 is due on 31 May 2026. The app shows R5105.72.
You already told me the R370.31 is for insurance. Now you’re saying the extra R127.12 is also insurance, but I can’t find this R127.12 anywhere in my signed contract.
I’ve sent all relevant info and proof to you via email and complained here on HelloPeter on 06 May and 17 May 2026. Your replies are generic and don’t show where the R127.12 is in the contract. I’ve also tried calling and emailing multiple times but no one responds or calls back.
Please provide the contract clause showing I agreed to this R127.12 fee, or remove it and confirm in writing that the amount due is R4978.60.
