Disappointed and frustrated 😠

I app**** for a loan on the 30 /05/2025 and it was supposed to reflect the same day but it didn't. I have done everything according to the book ( accepted the offer and approve debit order) but till today 31/05/2025 I haven't received the money. When I called they said I opted for eWallet payout and I should have chosen Bank transfer that why it is taking so long. The consultant said it usually takes about 21 days to reverse an existing ewallet and they will be able to help me then. Just imagine I have to wait until that time further to withdraw the debit order I have already approved and it's then after I will be able to re apply...My worry is I have already approved the debit order and what if at the end of the month they deduct...Very disappointed and frustrated
