Debicheck accepted, no funds received

I've been a client of lendplus for a long time. I took out a loan on the 24th of April, and accepted the debicheck. I have still not received the money and the app shows I need to accept the debicheck which I accepted. No one is replying to my emails and when I call it's robots not people. I need assistance urgently.
