Customer agent failure

This absolutely the worst ive ever been treated, a double payment was made for my loan, i communicated this to agent who assisted me with great efficiency. To my surprise the amount was a 3% of R3926. This morning (17 May 2025 08h10) when i inquired a gentleman assisted who had a absolute worst CONDESENDING tone ever and to make matters worse he just decided not to continue with the discussion (attitude). My problem is not resolved as yet.
