Creating bad credit profile deliberately

The way their extensions work is just to fruad people how can one make an extension from the date that the loan was not due? The extension must be from the date your loan was due not count from the day you make extension. When I made extension the date was for the following month on my pay day but when I look at the mandate I approved the date it's just an extension of one week. So my payment date it was the 27th of March and took extention on the 20th of March thinking it will extend to the 27th and paid R900 but their mandate now says my due date is 3rd of April just for extension of a week why take extention if I can pay in just a following week!? This a fruad and just to create bad credit profile deliberately. When I was on their website to take extention it was saying pay R900 to extend the payment to the 1April but mandate once confirmed the payment date is now 3rd April. The first time I wrote the review they call me to get to change the review so that's how they work just for reviews.
