Bad sevice from Lendplus

Im sad to write this review,but Im very dissiponted in te sevice I got from them. I accidentally send in my husbands bank statements then mine. Now for more then n month I battle to get it changed to the corret bank details. I sented so many emails to ask it to be changed. I dont even know how many times I phoned even to ask for it to be changed. I sented the bankstatements in so many times my id documents also . Some times they even phoned me to ask that I must sign the loan agreement but till this day I only got promises that they will look into it and come back to me. I can not understand that there workers are so *********** to just that even on the phone the didnt know how to fix my problem
