Bad service and no replies after sending documents.

Poor service delivery if there's any service at all, they sent me an sms to send my documents after sending them online. i emailed the documents which was acknowledged, next thing i am receiving smss every 1 hour to email my documents. when i called the lady rep**** and then hung up after i told her my concern, i then called again and this time a guy picked up and told me my matter will be resolved in 15 minutes and that was on Saturday morning application was done on Friday morning. I am now worried about my personal information and details.
