Bad service

I phoned Lendplus every day since the 1st of April. Send countless emails regarding a refund that is due to me. Instead of paying my refund they made the loan that I paid overdue and now I have 2 loans where the 1 was previously settled, but now it shows that I am 276 days overdue and I have a new loan that is due the end of the month. The new one I settled yesterday. I understand that the new 1 will take 24 to 48 hours to be shown as paid up, but the old 1 no one of tje company gets back to me although every time I am being told it will be escalated.
