Bad Customer Service no Communication seem to be *****ulent

i took out a loan and 4 days later i have not received the money, i tried contacting them , no answer, there online bot is of no help, sending e-mails it is never answered, calling them the call just go dead, no real customer support.

i tried the FB page , that is a ****...so WHAT AM I TO DO
