Bad consumer service

There is no customer etiquette with these people I sent my query on the 13 of May 2026 up until to this day there is no reply and sorting my problem

I have paid them in full and they have not issued me with a paid up letter and they did not even update credit bureau to remove the arrears listings

They are very bad
