Awful service and endless phone calls and SMS's

I have been with lendplus for 4 months now, however last month I had experienced some problems with my finances whereas I was unable to pay and called to find out about the options available, whereas they said I could extend my payment date at a certain fee which I did pay. Called in and a guy confirmed to have received my payment and I should not worry about the SMS's and phone calls, regardless I received them when I called again a lady advised that my extended amount was short of R65 hence I am still receiving the calls and SMS's. I went on and paid it as I did not want to encounter any problems, still the SMS's and calls did not stop, kept on being told to pay another extension fee...So it's like if you opt for an extension offer one is suppose to pay interest everyday...As much as I received assistance when I needed it from them, however their treatment is awful and now m regretful of having to approach them. Now they have added more interest in the balance its like I never even paid the extension amount twice.. I am going to pay them all their balance and they better leave me alone for good thereafter
