Assistance please
Hi, I’m unable to extend my loan.. I received a link however it’s not working and tried to call but I was on hold for the long.
I sent an email last week and there was no response.

We are currently experiencing high email volumes; however, this is not the standard of service we aim to deliver. The repayment date has been scheduled for 11 December 2025. This is due to most companies issuing early salary payments, along with the impact of weekends and public holidays in December. Please note that tracking days will still be provided and you will not be affected negatively.
