Archaic Methods

I recently had my phone number blocked and in doing so, didn't realise that I should change my number on Lendplus. I called and emailed to let them know I needed to change my number but I eventually got hold of someone only to tell me that it was impossible unless I could get the OTP off the blocked number 🙃 I explained that that was impossible of which I got the reply well then your profile will never work again, so long as it's connected to your ID number. We are in the 21st century Lendplus. Make other plans to verify a valued customer.
