Approved loan still not paid out after 3 days and many emails!

I app**** for a loan on Tuesday 27/05/2025. It was approved the same day. I received a call from the company on the same day at around 16:00 letting me know that the funds will be in my bank account before 20:00 the same day. On Wednesday 28/05/2025 I still didn't receive the money. I contacted the company again and they said I have to approve the debit order mandate on my banking app. I did as they asked for the second time. On Thursday 29/05/2025 I mailed and phoned the company again and approved the debit order mandate for a third time. Still no funds in my account. The app for the loan says it is processing. How could it be possible if it was approved 3 days ago and I accepted the debit order mandate 3 times? Terrible!!!!!!!
