Account paid but not reflecting

My loan was paid on the 27th via debi check, but when I check my account it is still oustanding. How long does it even take for thr debi check to reflect. I'm getting phone calls, messages and emails. All the consultants I'm getting they are so rude it's like they do not want to help me. Now I just want my Paid up letter that's all. They have been saying they are escalating the matter to the specialist even now
