Absolute *******

What a bunch of absolute *******. Not only did I not get the payout (291638) that was disbursed 28 March 2025 - I was told that the loan could not be cancelled and I would have to wait until the debi check went off my account to get a refund. So no money! Get charged R 1 774.15 in interest for getting NO MONEY. THEN!! Cherry on top. I phone for my refund on 26 April 2025 after its taken off my account and get told... That they 1st have to request a reversal, which takes up to 5 working days! Then a they will process a refund, another 3 - 5 working days. I follow up today.. and get told the reversal takes 2 - 4 WEEKS!!!! Liers and cheats. Absolutely disgussted.
