A hassle to settle loans. Appalling customer service

Trying to settle my loan however I lost my phone and need to change the phone number linked to my lendplus account in order to change it. Been sending emails since yesterday, calling and going to live chat platform, even requested a call back but no response from customer service. The ****tiest response time I've ever seen in my life
