You did all the checks, but you did not check how RUDE are your agents when they call us. I was never given a chance to explain and do payment arrangements. Every time they call they shout, and they don't give you time to respond, telling you to pay the money immediately without listening to you and they hang up the call. Do you think how would I have taken your calls because most of them they do the same thing, they don't have good manners of talking to customers. Please as it is stated on your calls that you are able to send the recoding on request, please listen to them and send them to me and see if I was given a chance to do payment arrangements.
