Regret ever opening this account

Opened an account in 2014 and started paying monthly and in the second year of payment I would miss a few months. After paying for such a long time I decided to ask for a statement as i was not receiving anything, to find that i still owed the R10000 that i owed at the beginning of the loan. I have tried multiple times to contact them and no one can give me an answer instead they become rude. I have ask to speak to the legal department and they just wont put me through. I then found an email address somewhere and sent email but none ever responded. After all these years of paying I still owe R11000 which does not make any sense and no one is willing to help me and now I have a bad record on my credit bureau. Your agents are very rude and *********** and i regret ever opening this account
