Poor customer service and forcefully giving me a loan i cancelled within 7 working days.

In December I app**** for a building material loan and it was approved, within 7 days I cancelled the loan because of personal reasons. I did everything as per their instructions. but up until today the loan is active. I did not get the money or use the money for the building material. never the less they are still debiting my account when I call them they telling me they still busy with my cancellation case, I tried disputing the debit orders but they keep on sending the debt orders. the worse part is they also running my credit record, since I disputed the debit orders they putting unpaid for the account.. mind you I never took the loan.
