Lendcor is full of *********** people. I called on the 30th of October and asked for a settlement quote. I spoke to Nomonde Mbonambi who promised to send it. 3hours passed by I had to call again still went through to her, I told her I'm not gonna put the phone down until I have received an email with the quote. She sent the quote, on the 3rd of November I settled my account, since the quote is valid for 7days. Sometime last week I called and asked for my paid up letter, to my surprised they said they couldn't find my payment on the system maybe I made a mistake with a reference number, which is highly impossible because I have been paying extra amount every month using my Fnb app, when I settle the account I went to payment history and paid the same account again. I made it a point to call every month to confirm if they received the extra payment, of which they always confirmed they did. Now because its a settlement amount they didn't. Saturday I spoke to Thandeka Mhlongo, who promised to follow up on my account. I sent her proof of payment, she checked on their bank statement and confirmed they received my payment she will refer the matter to her manager and finance department. I'm still waiting, I keep on sending emails she doesn't respond. Can lendcor just stop debiting me and send my settlement letter.
