I app**** for a building loan from LENDCOR at BUCO stores in Alice year 2020 and never communicated with me and everytime i called their offices in Durban they would say i must wait for them to call me, in regards whether my application is successful or not. I then opted for another credit provider and they gladly helped and took me through the process until the funds were paid out. One Sunday morning i get a call from BUCO asking am i available for my delivery and i told the gentleman the story and he didn't deliver. But now LENDCOR started debiting my account for items i never received and something I wasn't aware of if it's approved or not... Then i called the lady at LENDCOR desk in BUCO Alice stores and she told me to go sign the cancelation letter that was December 2020 but still to date they still appear as active and unpaid on my credit profile.
