Extremely cruel Lendcor bank

<p>In 2015 I app**** for a roofing material loan of R30000 from Lendcor, that was through their agent , he advised me of cheaper places than my quote than. The cheaper supplier was a Basiba trading his company not the one I selected; then Lendcor deposited money into this guys account , he took weeks to deliver, later delivered a 80% incomplete stock that was left in my yard for months with no delivery of the rest.I started complaining to Lendcor since the guy was their agent, was told that they will contact him but I must get the Manager if the shop, I told them it was their guy who was the main Man at Basiba trading .Later on the Basiba/Lendcor agent called me to tell that just because I called Lendcor he is unable to continue with his business smoothly because I had just shut all his doors.Later Lendolcor area Manager intervened in this case and their agent was back on their roll he kept on making promises to deliver until a year was over. I took the legal route where my lawyer contacted Lencor legal who very later responded that they will take me out of the contract and refund all the money I had paid already after their agent has paid it back to them. The agent was asked to collect the 20% stock that he delivered as I couldn't use it (damaged timber due to rain) .They stopped debiting my account for three months after that they came back like wildfires devoting my account and sending Short messages that I owe them and they will take legal action, so every month I need to return these debits since I'm off the contract. My lawyer has written to them several times about their threats and their commitment into sorting this issue previously, till to date they are still debiting my account, what kind of people are these? Their agent is not harassed like I am! I'm staying in a shack yet I have a big house with no roof because I cannot get credit anywhere because of Lendcor and their agent, why should I suffer paying legal costs just because of evilness and cruelty of Lendcor bank? They don't even have paper work of me acknowledgin receipt of stock? On what grounds was this guy played?</p>
