Bad Service and Attitude

I have an account with Lendcor, of which i want to settle as soon as possible as i HIGHLY regret dealing with them.<br> <br> Lendcor had tried to contact me regarding 1 months arrears on my account, and they have not be able to reach me.<br> One collections person decided to contact a third party and disclosed personal confidential information to them<br> <br> Lendcor violated my consumer rights and discussed my account with a third party,Since when is that the Law?<br> <br> Lendcor discussed the whole status of my account and even told a third party that Legal action will be taken against me, on a 1 months (July 2015) arrears account of which i have been paying so well since inception.<br> <br> I then requested a call back from Lendcor the next day and the person that phoned me was so rude right from when i answered her call, The greeting itself said it all ''Ya Bhuti'' this is how Lendcor speak to their clients. She was speaking over me , left me with no chance to speak.<br> <br> I am highly dissapointed on the level on service i received from them.<br> POOR BAD CLIENT SERVICE
