Still waiting for my deposit refund!!!

We moved out on the 28th May 2015 and an outgoing inspection was done on the 30th May 2015 with Lola where everything was fine and there were no issues, I was promised by her that I would get my refund asap as everything was in in order.It is 9 June 2015 and still no refund. I contacted them and no one can give me a date or tell my why it is taking so long.I did everything from my side to get an answer but no luck.Please sort this out asap!!!
