Lencar Property group: The worst in the business!

Extremely Disappointing Rental Experience

I would not recommend Lencar Rental Properties based on my experience so far.

Since moving into the property, I have had ongoing issues with the water, and despite repeatedly reporting the problem and following up, it still has not been properly resolved. I have been given repeated assurances that maintenance would attend to it and that the issue would be fixed, but the commitments have not been followed through.

It is extremely frustrating to pay rent every month and still not have a basic necessity like reliable hot running water. What makes the situation worse is the constant need to chase the matter and receive promises that are not acted upon.

A rental company should take maintenance complaints seriously and communicate honestly with tenants instead of repeatedly saying something will be fixed and then failing to do so.

Very disappointing service and accountability. I hope Lencar finally takes responsibility and resolves this issue properly.
