Lencar Operations Borderline ********
Lencar does not respond to email. Various email sent requesting electricity/utility bills. Invoices for 4 years generated with no meter readings / usage. Lencar charges flat rates. I requested recon and got excel spreadsheet with NO supporting docs. Ive requested copy of lease agreement signed in 2012 . NO RESPONSE. Got charged for Addendum (R200), and when requested a copy I received a ********** document (not my signature, not dated, Lessor didnt sign). Lencar keeps depisit and disputes rent outstanding. I need lease to reconcile account to see if rental was charged correctly and see if escallation was done correctly (electricity readings does not even reflect on invoices). NO RESPONSE. Im taking the case further to EAAB.

You have Vacated the unit END of SEPTEMBER, TO DATE we have Not Received the Rental for September. We have no option but to Recover the Money from the Deposit.
On the 24.08.2015 you received a recon, which your auditor checked, you were happy and paid the money owing to Lencar.
You were in Arrears for Several Months, We Were Understanding and Compassionate to Accommodate YOU and Only Escalated Your Rent ONCE in 4 years, During Times of Difficulty instead of escalating the rental We Reduced the Rental .
Your utilities invoices is billed according to the Body Corporate statements.
