Exclusively inefficient and ***********!!

The only thing they did right was to quickly get me a tenant and everything after that was a disappointment. They dropped the ball as soon as they got their payment for getting me a tenant and were very consistent in their lack of communication, incompetence and general inefficiency as evidenced by the errors and missing information in the Lease Agreement and Inspection Report they drafted. I had to hound them to get the tenant's deposit, the Lease Agreement and Inspection Report concluded and these were finalised 3 weeks after the tenant had moved in. Use them at your peril!!
