Dont bother yourself with this company
After all the fighting the accounts person tells me shes busy with other stuff and will process my refund when shes done.. i waited the whole month of September for my refund and I understood their explanation now im being told to wait again? Whats the delay for? This company takes people for ****

27 Nov 2024, 08:31Thank you for your comment, we would like to mention that the reason the deposit refund procedure does take some time is because of the body corporate readings that are delayed. When Tenants vacate the property we do not have their last utility readings as yet therefore we have to wait for it from the body corporate and they do not expedite it as we have requested it, they say the readings get done monthly. We do apologize for your experience and we hope to redeem ourselves to you in future. Thank you.
