Disgusted -Lencar Exclusive Properties wont release my full deposit

I have rented a property through Lencar for almost 8 years. I placed my notice to terminate my lease in December 2019, to exit the premises on the 28th February 2020. I was told the exiting inspection would be conducted on the 28th February and my deposit would be released within a week as there was no outstanding fees, which wasn’t actioned. Ive been running around, calling and leaving messages for calls to be returned for almost a month until I had no other option but to threaten to take this further. I received an email today reflecting arrears for utilities, which will be deducted from my deposit, despite me requesting for any outstanding fees since the beginning of the year. Ive requested to speak to the accounts team, maintenance team, as well as a superior on numerous occasions but it seems like there isn’t anyone working there cause nobody’s ever available! Lencar rental properties, Your service is revolting for such a recognized rental agency!
