Disgusted by Lencar Exclusive Properties

I am utterly disgusted by -Lencar Exclusive Properties, a company that can't seem to release my deposit. I previously rented a property through Lencar Exclusive Properties for almost 12months. Our lease agreement had expired and it was time for us to move out which we did. Also, the house was out of electricity for a month.

The company promised that, the deposit would be paid back within a week but, even to this day, we have not received a single cent. The Agent, Lola Da Silver is telling me that, she gave the deposit to the owner and that the owner doesn’t have funds! Now I ask, aren't funds suppose to be in a trust account that earns interest? I would not be surprised if Lola Da Silver had a hand in this whole deposit debacle that i find myself in. It has been a while and to say that, my patience has grown thin would be an understatement!

Surely such promises should be kept but, in this case, we are still waiting!
