Bad Service From Lencar Properties

Purchased a Home Through Lencar Properties in July 2015, Kept Calling Paulo the agent I was Dealing with to Get progress on when the deal would close, He never returned calls or never answered his Phone. Eventually made arrangements to meet with his superior , Lena, Now I see where he gets the bad service and horrible attitude from. Was Promised by Paulo that I would Move into my new place by the end of october, so much for that, I only received the keys on the 23rd of december. We were forced to run to attorneys and deeds office and get all the paperwork done ourselves even though we payed other parties for these services. Eventually Paulo from Lencar promised that Lencar would carry the costs to the removal company as a goodwill gesture, TRUST HIM TO BE TELLING ANOTHER LIE just to keep us quiet. He also promised to have a wall repaired after liasing with the seller of the home, it has been 3 weeks and we havn't heard from anyone at lencar properties. It is unbeleivable that in this day and age there are still organisations around like this who continue to provide such shocking service. Paulo, Lena, Ricky , Lencar Properties, you seriously need to step up your game.
