Lenasia South Secondarty School - Outstanding school fees

My son went to the school to go fetch or collect his matric statement of results and they refused to give him because of outstanding school fees, i have been trying to get hold of the school to make some sort of arrangements to pay it off but their line just rings with no answer and they told my son i need to come to the school i mean is this fair , i was without a job due to Covid , now my son is stuck because the school refuses to give him his results
