Terrible and demeaning service from Lenasia south hospital maternity ward

My sister has been complaining about labor pains throughout yesterday and we took her to this hospital but they turned her away, first in the morning, at 23h00 and then finally admited her at 02h00 this morning when we went for the third time. No nurses came to take her with a wheelchair, she had to balance herself with the walls to get where the nurses were. No one is allowed in accept the patient. They expected and made her cary her heavy bag and blanket. When I asked why they are not showing care to their patients they said that is just how things work around there. They all refused to give me their names. They have no name tags. They were very rude in talking to me. Now I am sitting and wondering if my sister and her child will make it at the hands of such people? I dont know who to escalate this to so it gets immediate attention because those people are supposed to make us feel safe but instead we scared that taking our people to that hospital may be signing for their death warrant.
