Rude clerks at Lenasia South Hospital

On the 03 August I went to Lenasia Hospital to ask for medication for chronic since my medication was finished and had an appointment with them on the 8 /8/19.I was told that i must come on a Monday since chronic clinic was closed on weekends .My issue is this I'm a chronic patient I cannot afford to skip my medication and these 2 clerks are sending me away as though the is no Dr in the emergency room. The service at this hospital is disgusting especially the clerks that don't even put they named tags on
