******ers!!! Rude, Unprofessional and Pathetic Nurses at Lenasia South Hospital

My grandmother was admitted to Lenasia South Hospital on Thursday, 04 February 2021 because she had trouble breathing with a nagging cough that caused her to hunt for a breath. At that time, we were provided with a number: *** to call to check up on her as we are not allowed to visit due to the current Covid pandemic. We were advised that that we could call at any time because we are not allowed at the hospital. This evening, Saturday- 06 February 2021; we called the hospital and on numerous occasions the phone was dropped without being answered. When the phone was eventually answered, the nurse who answered was extremely rude, when we tried to give my grandmother's details to get an update on her current health state, the nurse blurted out "She is fine" and then dropped the call. How would this rude nurse know she is fine when she didn't even ask who we were inquiring about? We then called back and she dropped the call again. The telephone was not being answered and the nurse or person who answered the phone obviously didn't care. Not only is this unacceptable but it is pathetic and disgusting service from a health care professional. We have no idea how my grandmother is doing. Is she alive? Has her condition worsened? If anything happens to my grandmother while in the care of that pathetic unprofessional heffering skank who thinks she is doing us a favour by doing her ******* job; best believe our family will make it our mission to bring down the full force of the judicial system on her pathetic excuse of a life. Being a nurse is a calling and I applaud all nurses who take an oath to be healers. I applaud the nurses out there who attend to the elderly with care and respect. But what we experienced this evening is shocking and appalling. It's because of useless individuals like the hag who answered the Lenasia South Hospital this evening that patients die helpless and alone without their families knowing what happened to them. Doing your job half ass is on you, may you rot in ****. Our family members are dying while people like this nurse at Lenasia South Hospital irritate themselves for concerned families. You should be ashamed of yourself but since you have no backbone, no empathy or compassion I am sure you won't be. You shouldn't be a nurse you uncaring zot. There is a special place in hell for someone like you. My grandmother is all alone there and she is dependent on someone like you? God help all the patients under your care but God help your soul if anything happens to my grandmother and we are kept in the dark. To the administration of the hospital: Wow!!! This is what you hire to care for frail old folks? How can we trust that she is actually getting looked after? How can we trust that your hospital has my grandmother's best interests in mind? That she is actually getting the care she needs? Obviously that rude reject has better things to do than to reassure a worried family. Disappointed and disgusted!!!
