PERFECT PROFESSIONALISM

About a week ago my landlord informed me that she would be having an inverter installed in my unit.

On 29 May Ahmed from Lenasia Electrical called me to confirm I'd be home the following day as well as to establish if there was a suitable location in which to install the inverter. Such a pleasant man to talk to over the phone.

The next day he tried to call to confirm I was home but could not reach me as I'd swooped sim cards so my landlord got hold of me and when I called Ahmed back he was cool as a cucumber and still so polite and professional where a lot of people would have been somewhat irritated. They were going to arrive about an hour later than expected but that was due to an accident on the highway which delayed them and I thought it was so good of them to preemptively inform me.

When they arrived Ahmed and the gentleman with him were very polite, very friendly and extremely professional! Ahmed educated me on what an inverter is and how it works and they immediately got to work on installing everything taking every possible care with all my possessions that needed moving out of the way or protecting from dust.

I felt so comfortable with them as people that I actually left them completely alone in my unit and visited a neighbour so they could work unhindered.

Towards the end I sat and watched them work for a bit and had a very pleasant conversation with them, they were very easy to talk to and willingly engaged in conversation that I was enjoying having them in my home.

As is typical when drilling, a complete mess became of my unit due to all the dust, but they asked me if they could use my broom, a cloth and Handy Andy and cleaned up as best they could after themselves. They then also fully explained and demonstrated how the inverter worked and sent me their business card to call them should I need any assistance with the inverter.

Their installation was done with the utmost care for both my belongings and the installation itself and I must say I was super impressed with how neatly it was installed.

I would HIGHLY recommend the use of their services! Never before have I actually enjoyed the messy installation of anything lol.
