<p>Len schoen estates is a bunch of ******* and like to take your money</p> <p>They are charging me for stuff in our old unit that either does not need to be replaced or is working and they claim its not working, when i requested quotes for repairs to a clean unit that we left they just ignore any request, i have requested my lease agreement and copies of all quotes for repiars as well as the first and last inspection reports. Once again they avaoid and ignore. They do not care - so be very careful if you intend renting through these people as it will end in their favour and you will sit with no deposit.</p>
