JP came to quoe me to do a COC for selling my house. I approved. I had to pay him for a COC and 70% upfront to do the work. I accepted the terms and paid. He then said he went into hospital with a stomach virus. He said he cannot do the work. I got a **** pop, money not in my account. I will lay a charge but dont use this guy.
