DO NOT PAY UPFRONT FOR CLASSES WITH LEN BATES DRIVING SCHOOL

Not satisfied with both the service of Llewellyn Bates or his wife Jennifer Bates. My daughter had one two hour lesson with him. I then tried to cancel the rest of the lessons (for reasons known to him) and for which I paid R3600 upfront. I only want the balance after the first two hour lesson. No contract signed or paperwork given to me. They both refuse to give money back. I was treated in a very aggressive and threatening manner and told he will not give any money back if paid to him. When I said I will get a lawyer and review on Hello Peter he dared me to go to social media and Facebook and my lawyer. More disgusting that he actually had a young girl with him inciting her to tell me that he is a good instructor. Also told me its my responsibility to convince my daughter that he is a good driving instructor.
