Unexplained Transfer Delays

<p>In early November I signed an agreement to sell my apartment. At the reqyest of the buyer (my mistake) I accepted Len Attorneys as the transferring company. 6 months later transfer has still not taken place. Their own letter to me said it will take approx 3 months but if there are any problems they will keep me informed. They did not keep me informed and they did not tell me of any problems that arose that could explain the 6 months. At no stage have they apologies either. </p>
