LIEING PROMISES *********
Ordered and paid parts that she said she have in stock, send courier to collect, received only halve of order, she **** and did not even let me know!!! now I am waiting for rest and get only false promises.

17 Jan 2023, 11:14Lemuel Auto has been in business since 1998 - and we have never not supp**** / nor not delivered on work and/or parts. the parts Mr Hartzer is complaining about is a bottom gasket set and big end bearings - which was on our inventory, but upon collection - found that these were not on the shelf. did attempt to contact Mr Hartzer but as a result of ongoing loadshedding - bad signals and no power. Howerver it was not successful. Made a note on his invoice, parts were collected very early by the courier, reason for adding the note to his invoice in the parcel - The bottom set we are recieving today. Personally rep**** to Mr Hartzer on whattsap and gave him a heartfelt apology. Offered to send the outstanding parts on our courier account. Note Mr Hartzer paid for the parts on the 11/01/2023, most of the parts collected the next day, and will send him his outstanding item. Mr Hartzer obviously is not aware of the challenges supply chains go through in south africa currently. been moving mountains to sort him out - , but herewith conclude business and wishing Mr Hartzer all the best in future. Note Lemuel auto has a full list of terms and conditions and cannot be held liable for worldwide circumstances if parts are not available. these are vehicles where not even the AGENTS have parts on the shelf. and most of them has been discontinued. Lemuel auto is supplying a service to owners of these vehicles by importing very hard to find parts.
