I want a feedback from them

I bought items from this company, i had a problem with my iron nd i report it while it was still under guarantee, i was told that they dont have irons. Since 2018 i was calling the company and to my suprise yesterday when i got a call to tell me that they discontinued and when i ask them about my issue they said it was out of guarantee and how many people are getting this treatment from them
