Bad experience with Lemorgan

am very unhappy with Lemorgan I bought home contents from them in 2017 decided to pay them off end of June but they still debited my account I then emailed them for a reversal which they did but now they have listed my name saying that my account is in areas for what I don't know because they even gave me a paid up letter stating that my accounts are settled . I have been sending the numerous emails without receiving any response .I want to remove my name from ITC ASAP otherwise I will have to take the next step since this is unfair.
