Disappointing Experience with Lemon Square Productions

My experience with Lemon Square Productions has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. My spouse and I hired them to capture our wedding day, which took place in December 2021. We paid them in full, expecting to receive a beautiful video that would allow us to cherish and relive our special day for years to come. However, nearly two and a half years we still have not received our video.

Throughout this entire process, Lemon Square Productions has repeatedly failed to meet their commitments. They initially promised a specific timeline for delivering the video, but as the deadline approached, they kept pushing it back, citing various excuses and delays. We were left in the dark for months, with no updates or communication from their end.

When we repeatedly reached out to inquire about the status of our video, we were met with more excuses and empty promises. They assured us that they were working on it and that we would receive it soon. However, as time passed, it became increasingly clear that they had no intention of fulfilling their obligations to us.

To add insult to injury, Lemon Square Productions also failed to provide us with a refund, despite multiple requests. They agreed to refund our payment due to the excessive delays, but this refund never materialized. We were left feeling cheated and betrayed by their dishonesty and lack of integrity.

Finally, when we pressed them for answers, they informed us that our video would be outsourced to another company. This revelation only added to our frustration and disappointment, as we had specifically chosen Lemon Square Productions for their reputation and expertise, suggested by Bona Dea Wedding venue as their preferred provider.

Overall, our experience with Lemon Square Productions has been nothing short of a nightmare. They have shown a blatant disregard for their customers and have failed to deliver on their promises. As a result, we are left with no video to remember our wedding day and a sense of regret for ever trusting them with such an important milestone in our lives. We strongly advise others to steer clear of Lemon Square Productions and seek out more reputable and reliable videographers for their special occasions.
