Shocking service and arrogant owner
My wife won a prize for one night's stay at Lemoenkloof - very exciting at first. When it came to booking, we tried to book twice and the booking got accepted only to be cancelled via email on short notice later.

The reasons included that they were empty (first booking date) and then they rather gave our room to a paying customer (second booking)! The fact that we should have been VIP quests did not come into the equation (as prize winners with no small print on the winning ticket relating to paying or non-paying quests).

We were treated like second-rate citizens by the arrogant owner Dion. We will never stay at Lemoenkloof or recommend it to anyone.

Never trust a booking at Lemoenkloof!
